How it works

What happens after you contact us

Ohio landowners have watched this arrive in one part of the state and wondered whether it reaches theirs. That question has a real answer for any specific property, and getting it does not require you to commit to anything. Here is how we work.

  1. You tell us about the land

Send us the county, roughly the acreage, and whatever you have noticed around the place. If you are unsure of something, say so plainly. A gap you flag is worth more than a guess we act on.

  2. We check it against public records

We look up which cooperative or utility serves you, what transmission is nearby, and what is being built toward your area. Most of that is public record and none of it costs you anything.

  3. We call you if it looks workable

If it looks workable we tell you what we found and what we would want to do next. If it does not, we say so and explain why, rather than simply not getting back to you.

  4. We make an offer, or we tell you why not

Only after that does anything become a document, and only once your attorney has read it. Nothing before that point asks you for money, a signature, or exclusivity.

None of that requires you to spend anything or to stop talking to anybody else. If a party approaches your Ohio land and wants either of those before showing you what they have looked at, that is worth slowing down over.

Tell us about your property. There is no cost and no obligation. If it does not fit, we will tell you plainly.

A rough number is fine. If you are not sure, write not sure.

Does the property have electric service now?
Is there anything like this nearby that you know of?Check any that apply. Guessing is fine.
Are you the one who decides whether to sell?
Where are you in your thinking?

We use this only to evaluate your property and to contact you. We do not sell your information.
